Following the consultation, our contact lens practitioners will discuss with you the various lens options and will offer you information, advice and practical tips about buying and wearing contact lenses. At the first visit they will fit you with trial contact lenses and will then teach you lens handling and how to take care of your contact lenses. At the following check-up visit which is usually 2-3 days after the initial fit, we will check your visual acuity, the fitting of the lenses and make any necessary alterations if required.

Healthy Lens Wear
It's easy to take care of your contact lenses.
It is very important to clean and disinfect your contact lenses after each use in order to remove debris and protein built up.
Contact lens care helps maintain the health of your eyes- Change to a new contact lens case every 30 days
- Follow the steps below as part of your daily contact lens care
- Always follow your contact lens fitter's instructions
In the morning...
- Wash your hands with soap and dry well with lint-free paper or towel
- Remove the right contact lens fron the case and place it in your palm. Rinse well with fresh solution
- Place the lens on the eye. Repeat same procedure for the left lens
- Empty the contact lens case and rinse both the case and the caps with fresh solution. Shake off excess solution
- Leave case open until completely dry. Replace the cap on the contact lens solution
At night...
- Wash hands with soap and dry well with lint free paper or towel
- Fill the case with fresh contact lens solution
- Remove the right contact lens. Place the lens in your palm and pour on it a few drops of solution
- Rub the lens gently for about 10 seconds each side in a back and forth motion
- Rinse well with fresh solution
- Place the lens in the correct case compartment and close the cap firm tight. Repeat same procedure for the left lens.
- Leave your lenses in the case for the least required period or overnight
